What is your shipping policy?

We are taking pre-orders right now and plan to start shipping in Mid-July 2017.  For bulk order or wholesale pricing, email tara@risingmoontribe.com for a quote.

DOMESTIC

We are shipping via USPS First Class Mail.  We are charging $2 per order for domestic shipping.

INTERNATIONAL

We are not yet set up for international shipping through our website.  If you would like a quote for an international shipping rate, please message tara@risingmoontribe.com.

When should I buy the Rising Moon Kit for my daughter?

We reccommend ages 9-14.  Torie loves the book and thinks it is perfect for that age range, the bracelet craft is fun, our party tips are straight from our own party, where the girls were 10-12 and loved it. 

What if my daughter doesn't want to throw a party?

Totally cool. Some of our own friends even think we are crazy for suggesting it.  We did because we love any excuse for a friend gathering...maybe try a one-on-one day, just a best friend, or a small group of friends if that seems to fit your girl better.   We are hoping to make the conversation easier for both of you with the kit.  Maybe read the book together as a start, and see if it helps transition into something else fun.  If she's not even down with that, how about letting her read the book, and come to you with questions. 

What about Dads and Brothers?

We hope dads see the value in celebrating this special time. And we think our kit is very Dad-friendly.

Does Torie play guitar or is that just a photo prop?

Yep, she totally plays.  She's in a band called ShantiCake with her brother, and she also plays piano, clarinet, and does lead vocals.  She's hoping to be a songwriter in addition to "Awesome Period Prep Company Owner" one day. 

How Do I Host a Rising Moon Tribe Party?

Well, for now, we hope our website photos and Instagram pics provide some inspiration and if you order our Rising Moon Kit, most of the ingredients for a party are there.  Our booklet contains many how-to's and Lucy H. Pearce's book, Reaching for the Moon, has lots of info and ideas.  We will be throwing small Tribe Parties periodically, so check our events page if you're interested.  If you want us to throw or design a custom party for you, drop us a line at tara@risingmoontribe.com.
